On Workmanship...
ROOF TECH Limited guarantee that if within a ..10..Year period after installation of the roof detailed in our quotation, this proves to be defective by reason of a fault in our installation or fixing procedure, we undertake to repair, free of charge to the customer, that section of the roof in question.

The following conditions and caveats shall apply.
a.  The customer shall take all reasonable measures to maintain the roof in a serviceable condition throughout the life of the property.
 
b.  The customer shall advise Roof Tech Limited, in writing, or via suitable electronic means, of any leaks arising in the roof, within ten days of discovery.
 
c.  In the event of a claim being invalid the customer agrees to pay the installer a call out charge for a survey and provision of a report in the sum of a standard hourly charge as determined by ROOF TECH Limited.
 
d.  ROOF TECH Limited, its installers, agents and employees shall have free access to the roof at reasonable times to perpetrate repairs or surveys and this, during normal business hours.
 
e.  This guarantee shall be in respect of the service life of the installation and materials in relation to the effect of normal weather conditions. It shall not apply if damaged by any other means, such as subsidence, vandalism or tampering of any kind or excessive foot traffic over areas not previously stated by the customer to be used for this purpose.
 
f.  This guarantee excludes consequential loss, such as due to fire or total loss.
 
g.  This guarantee is not able to cover damage caused by Force Majeure.

h.  This guarantee will only be in effect once the invoice has been paid in full.
 

FORCE MAJEURE
Clause I
ROOF TECH Limited's failure to perform any term or condition of a signed or agreed upon Agreement as a result of conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network facilities or servers, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement or any signed or agreed-upon contract.
 
Clause II
ROOF TECH Limited shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement, or any signed or agreed-upon contract, to the extent said failures or delays are directly caused, notwithstanding Clause I above, by causes beyond ROOF TECH Limited's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, or party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement, provided that, as a condition to the claim of nonliability, ROOF TECH Limited shall give the [home-owner/contract signatory/licensee] prompt written, verbal or otherwise acceptable notice, with details following the occurrence of the cause relied upon. Dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay so caused.
